Delivery Time
Standard Next-Day Delivery
Delivery within 1-2 business days across all UAE Emirates.
Same-Day Delivery (Dubai)
Orders placed before 11 AM in Dubai qualify for same-day delivery (excluding remote areas).
Next-Day Cutoff
Orders placed before 4 PM qualify for next-day delivery. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Special delivery schedules and surcharge fees apply to outer regions of the UAE.
Remote Area Surcharge
A surcharge of AED 35 applies to all deliveries in remote areas. This surcharge is added to standard shipping fees.

Delivery Timing Example: Orders are scheduled for the next available delivery day in your zone. For example, if you place an order for Liwa (Abu Dhabi Zone 2) on Sunday, it will be delivered on Tuesday.
